Accuracy of Information : We make every effort to ensure that the information provided in the Auction is accurate and up-to-date. However, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of all information, including but not limited to inspection reports, title reports, and property descriptions.

Third-Party Services : We may engage third-party service providers to assist us in carrying out the Auction, including but not limited to payment processors and inspection companies. We are not responsible for any acts or omissions of these third-party service providers.
